Shipping Times & Rates
We have been selling jewelry and diamonds for almost 50 years and take our work very seriously. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply call us with in 30 days from the date of delivery and we will happily exchange your item or refund your money without a hassle.
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Skatell’s does not ship orders to post office boxes. Signture is required upon delivery.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
Ground shipping: $20. Please allow 4-5 business days.
Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.
Next-day delivery: $30 without signature confirmation or $35 with signature confirmation.
Orders placed before 3:00PM EST, Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays, where Saturday delivery service is available.
Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.
Next-day delivery is not offered for watches or engraved items.
Please allow an additional 4-5 days for delivery of machine-engraved items and an additional 7-10 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items.

MORE INFORMATION ON COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING:
•The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping.
•Free shipping promotion excludes Skatell’s Business accounts.
•Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.
•Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
•Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the the www.skatells.com website for domestic delivery.
ANY SKATELL’S ITEM THAT IS ALTERED IN ANY WAY IS NON-RETURNABLE. THIS INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Ring Sizing, Chain sizing, Watch sizing, removal, setting alternate stone, engraving.
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in sale-able condition within 30 days when accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center, or you may take your return to any of our retail stores nearest you.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.

**Exceptions to our Return policy are:
DESIGNER SETTINGS AND DESIGNER WEDDING BANDS
Any Engagement Ring Setting special ordered and made to fit a customers pre-existing diamond.
Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept the following items for return.
“Designer” is considered any item that we sell made by Verragio, Coast Diamond, Romance, Dora, Benchmark, or Complete Engagement Rings
